Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within one business day via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-5 days. Upgraded shipping is available via FedEx Standard Overnight for $30.
Serial/IMEI numbers for all orders are recorded prior to shipping.
Orders will only be shipped to verified addresses provided by Swappa/PayPal. No address changes allowed once an order has been placed. If we have to cancel an order due to an incorrect address, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 14-day warranty on all devices sold. If you have any issues within 14 days of receiving your device, let us know and we will take the device back for a full refund.
