The iPhone 13 Pro also supports several camera features that are not available on the iPhone 12. These features include Apple ProRAW support, Night Mode Portraits, Photographic Styles, macro photography and video recording, ProRes video recording, and a Cinematic mode for recording videos with shallow depth of field.

The iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro each have a 6.1” Super Retina XDR (OLED) HDR display with True Tone, wide color (P3), a PPI of 460, and a resolution of 2532 x 1170. Other specs for the displays include a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1, and 1200 nits (HDR) max brightness. The key differences include ProMotion technology with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz on iPhone 13 Pro display, along with a 1000 nits (typical) max brightness. The iPhone 12 does not support ProMotion and has a 625 nits (typical) max brightness.

The iPhone 13 Pro offers longer battery life as compared to the iPhone 12. The iPhone 13 Pro battery offers up to 22 hours of video playback time or up to 75 hours of audio playback time. In comparison, the iPhone 12 battery offers up to 17 hours of video playback time or up to 65 hours of audio playback time. Otherwise, both models support MagSafe charging, Qi wireless charging, and are fast-charge capable when using a Lighting cable and Apple 20W wall power adapter.
