MacBook Pro Late 2023 (M3) - 14"

I bought a MacBook Pro M3 Max 14in 1TB 64 Ram Space Black back in February of this year, I was switching between programs in my school and ended having to buy a windows computer. The computer was unboxed but never used. It was taken out of the box for 30 minutes but never sign into. I am looking to sell to buy a more powerful laptop that can run CAD programs. The MacBook is new condition with no battery cycles never been plugged in, I will put a picture of the specs on here, it will come with original box and some accessories such as keyboard cover, screen protector and case. All the accessories are new and never used besides the keyboard cover that the package was opened. Apple care is not able to purchased, even though the product was sealed then activated at later date, Apple goes off the purchase date and sadly a week too late.
