If it's 1-month-old the device should still be under warranty. Can you screenshot the proof of warranty? Serious inquiry. Thanks.
A photo as been uploaded showing the warranty status. It expires May 5th of 2025.
I purchased the phone over a month ago but didn't activate it until last week which is why it's past the 14 day return period but still has almost a full year for warranty.
