iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Rec'd Today & Does NOT Work
I was excited to receive my iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 GB phone today. Visually the phone looks great. When activating a brand-new Sim with my carrier the iPhone 12 Pro Max did not read the Sim card. The T-Mobile Tech opened up another brand new Sim Card and activated it, and the phone once again failed to read the second brand new sim card. It says SOS. It picks up WiFi but will not make a call, or receive calls, or texts. I am a long time customer of Swappa, this is the First Phone that did NOT work. This is my fifth purchase from Swappa. I am so sorely disappointed and want a iPhone Pro Max 512GB that work is fully functional. I do not want iPhone Pro Max 512GB that is junk!! Any recommendations fellow customers?
