Phone reported stolen over a month after purchase

I purchased my phone in early March 2023 and today (April 13, 2023) I got an error showing my sim card was not working. When I called in to T-Mobile, they checked the IMEI and let me know that the phone had been reported stolen. Does anyone know how I would go about getting that block removed or alternative securing a refund?

Hello,

All details can be found on the private sale page of a listing that was purchased.

This private sale page information was emailed to you when the device was purchased. An email from Swappa will have a big green button in the middle of it. When you click that big green button, it takes to you the private sale page where buyer and seller can communicate using the comments section. It is here that you can leave a comment for the seller to make them aware of the situation.

Thank you for using Swappa.
